Capital House

Capital House is located on Lothian Road next to the Sheraton Hotel and the new Clydesdale Plaza.  The space between them has been landscaped to form Festival Square and the area has at last been pulled together to create a fashionable new business address.  Against this, Capital House had started to look dowdy.   Working with Jones Lang LaSalle, haa design were called in to freshen up and re-brand the building.  Work consisted of new finishes within reception and common parts and a new entrance lobby and canopy.  This last has been dealt with as a  translucent glass box which hopefully has a fresh and friendly glow ‘of a cold winter’s day’, and creates a new presence in Festival Square.
