Working together with Plantech and Nineveh Consulting, haa design examined the process by which applications were dealt with by the Council's Planning and Building Control Departments. The objective was to see how new computer systems could improve productivity and efficiency. In a move to do away with paper systems as much as possible, haa design showed how major space savings could be achieved at the same time as providing new facilities to improve interaction and provide customer support.
