The Eagle Inn, Kirkintilloch

A project which arose from a masterplan for the Kirkintilloch canal corridor, it consists of the comprehensive refurbishment of the historic Eagle Inn, and a new build complex of flexible spaces including café and workshop facilities. The whole development revives a prominent, but neglected site in the town and signals the wider regeneration of the canal corridor. It is currently at planning application stage.
