Hymans Robertson needed to move rapidly from their old building and the termination of their old lease and at the same time take on a new professional image and a more flexible way of working.  Working together with DTZ as project managers, haa design developed detailed proposals to win over those partners still wary of open plan, and sufficient construction information to engage a contractor and deliver the new offices at Central Exchange on time and on budget
